Curv Health uses stripe to securely get you PAID from your clients. The connection we establish during onboarding is only to pay you funds earned from working with clients, minus Stripe's processing fees of 3.9% (Curv does not collect any of this). This connection does not allow us to bill you for whatever reason, and will only be used to deposit funds in your bank account.
Opening the billing set up pop up in the Curv Health app, your email will auto populate and you can continue to the next step, where you’ll enter your phone number to verify your account.
You’ll receive a text with a verification code, which you will enter to continue onboarding.
Next, enter your personal details including date of birth, address, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Enter your business information next, including your industry and website. We recommend enter “Other Medical Services” as your industry, note that entering “Telemedicine” will not allow you to move forward. If you do not have a website, you may enter a link to your instagram or any other public facing site.
You’ll then enter your account information which will be used for payouts. You have the option to enter your bank account details (you’ll need your transit number, institution number, and account number) or a debit card.
Finally, you’ll review and submit your account. You’ll receive an email to confirm your account, and then that’s it! You’re all set and ready for payouts! Go ahead and start earning. See, Manage Your Billing Information (link) if you need to edit any of your bank account details.
