The app crashed

Sorry about that! We always try to fix crash issues as quickly as possible so the app runs smoothly. If you'd like to help us out by reporting the crash, you can do so by accessing 'Settings' in your profile and tell us what happened. You will be asked to provide details around the crash such as: device type, what you were doing right before (so we can reproduce the crash), and what version of the app you're on. Alternatively, you can reach out to support@curvhealth.com to report the issue. The more details you can provide the better. If we need more clarification around the problem please let us know if we can contact you. All information obtained will only be used by those solving the crash.

You spotted a bug

Please help us make the Curv platform better by reporting any bugs or issues you may find. To do so, navigate to 'Settings' in your profile, where you will be asked to provide details around the issue such as: device type, what you were doing right before (so we can reproduce the bug), and what version of the app you're on. The more details you can provide the better. If we need more clarification around the problem please let us know if we can contact you. Quick Troubleshooting

If something is not working as expected, here are a few suggestions to try:

  • Reload the page - Exit out of your current tab or page by switching to a different tab. Go back into the page where you were seeing issues to reload it.
  • Log out and back in - From your profile, sign out of your account and then sign in again.
  • Quit and reopen the app - To quit the app, open the App Switcher (swipe up from the bottom of the screen), then swipe up on the app. Reopen the app from your home screen.
  • Restart your iPad - Hold down the top button (in combination with either volume button on some models) to turn off the iPad. Press the top button to turn the iPad back on.
